We accept UPI payments. After placing the order, scan the QR code with any UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), pay the exact amount and enter the UPI Transaction ID (UTR) on the payment page.
Open your UPI app, go to payment history and tap the payment. The 12-digit UPI Reference / UTR number is shown there.
Once we verify your payment (usually within 30 minutes during store hours), your order is confirmed and packed.
Prescription is required for medicines marked "Rx". You can upload it at checkout or from the Upload Prescription page.
Local orders are usually delivered the same or next day. You can track your order anytime using the order number and mobile number.
You can request cancellation by calling or messaging us before the order is shipped. Refunds for paid orders are made to the same UPI account.
Yes. All products are sourced from licensed distributors and stored as per guidelines.
